761.5 square meters of housing (31.8 per cent of the annual amount) have been commissioned in Tatarstan. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a republican videoconference meeting chaired by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the Head of the Ministry of Construction Agryzsky, Aznakayevsky, Aksubayevsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky Vysokogorsky, Kamskoustinsky, Laishevsky, Menzelinsky, Nizhnekamsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky, Tyulyachinsky municipal areas were the best as they had realized more than 40 percent of the annual plan.
Among 133 houses being constructed according to the social mortgage program, 36 houses with a total area of 139.6 thousand square meters for 2.5 thousand flats have been commissioned, which is 36.4 percent of the plan. Of the 97 objects 44 houses have a high degree of readiness, 18 houses have an average degree of readiness and 35 houses have a low degree of readiness.
Speaking about the program on the improvement of living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Irek Faizullin said that the Republic continues to build 104 houses for 497 veterans. The work should be speeded up at 66 facilities that have a low degree of readiness
At the moment among 95 investment apartment houses 64 houses have a high degree of readiness, 13 houses have an average degree of readiness and 21 houses have a low degree of readiness.
As for low-rise housing construction including individual housing construction, among 5040 houses 1544 objects have a high degree of readiness, 1851 houses have an average degree of readiness and 1645 houses have a low degree of readiness.
