“Available Environment’ program implementation being on the agenda

Today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the implementation of program “Available Environment”. It was chaired by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov and Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan on the organization of the sector activities in Kazan I.Yu.Prosviryakova. The meeting was attended by representatives of sector ministries and departments as well as representatives of contractors.

The main issue was the development of the program for 2014. The participants also discussed design and technical solutions imposed by the program on the construction of underground stations and pedestrian crossings in Kazan.

A.M.Frolov drew attention to the necessity to address issues related to the systematic and timely assimilation of allocated budget funds. The participants also discussed the contracting companies that had made in the implementation of the program activities as well as deviations from the standards of the state program “Available Environment”.
