Resettlement of citizens outside of the sanitary protection zone of Nizhnekamsky industrial hub discussed in the Ministry of Construction

Yesterday, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Interdepartamental Commission on resettlement of citizens of village Alan of Nizhnekamsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan and village Martysh of Tukaevsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan outside of the sanitary protection zone of Nizhnekamsky industrial hub.

The meeting was chaired by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Fayzullin. The report was made by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev. The meeting was attended by members of the interdepartmental commission, representatives of NO “State Housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan”, SPI “Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan”, RSUE “Technical Inventory Bureau”, as well as representatives of KSPA “Orgneftekhimzavod” OJSC. The participants discussed the following issues:

- approval of the results of the calculation of the investment of equity holding enterprises included in Nizhnekamsky industrial hub in the resettlement of citizens outside of the sanitary protection zone;

- coordination of cash payment schemes for the resettlement;

- coordination of additional costs associated with the elimination of villages Alan and Martysh

- funding for additional charges.
