Houses for veterans of the Great Patriotic War in Tatarstan inspected for existing construction deficiencies and comments

As of April 20th, 2013 nearly 822 square meters of housing equal to 104 per cent compared to the last year have been commissioned in Tatarstan. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the national videoconference meeting with all municipal areas of Tatarstan.

The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Irek Faizullin reported that according to the social mortgage program 36 of 133 houses had been commissioned. According to the program to improve the living conditions of the veterans the country continues to build 108 houses for 513 veterans. At that, 27 objects have a high degree of readiness, 14 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 67 objects have a low degree of readiness. In 20 municipalities 105 veterans have not signed the contracts yet.

 “The Ministry directed to all the municipalities of the Republic the recommendations for commission inspections of residential houses built in 2010-2012 and those being under construction according to the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, for the existing building deficiencies and observations of tenants”, said Irek Faizullin and asked to complete this work by May 1st, 2013.

As for the program on the construction of investment apartment housing, 65 houses have a high degree of readiness, 13 houses have an average degree of readiness and 17 houses have a low degree of readiness. As for the program of low-rise housing construction, 1 thousand 504 houses have a high degree of readiness, 1 thousand 781 houses have an average degree of readiness and 1 thousand 686 houses have a low degree of readiness.

As for program “Rural Clubs” the work is being carried out at 45 sites out of 46. The roofing has been installed at one object (in Arsky area); currently the roofing is being installed at 4 objects (Atninsky, Bugulminsky, Pestrechinsky and Mamadyshsky areas). The walls are being constructed at 19 objects.  The foundation is being installed at 14 objects and preparatory work is being carried out at 7 objects.
