Self-Regulatory Organization of Regional Non-Commercial Partnership “Association of Companies Managing Apartment Houses” holds a final meeting

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a general meeting of Regional Non-Commercial Partnership “Association of Companies Managing Apartment Houses of the Republic of Tatarstan” on the results of 2013 and tasks for 2013.

The opening speech was made by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing A.M.Frolov. The meeting was attended by representatives of SRO RNP ““Association of Companies Managing Apartment Houses of the Republic of Tatarstan””,  GZhI RT, “Housing Services” LLC,  HOA “Kommunalnik”, “Engineering Center Energotekhaudit” LLC,  “MC “Granit-Dom” LLC,  “ IT – Technology” LLC, and  the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Experts in Life Support Systems.

The participants discussed the issues of the implementation of the Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 731 “On release of  information”  by housing companies , accounting of energy consumption in apartment houses,  the implementation of Federal Law No. 261-FZ of 23/11/2009 “On energy saving and energy efficiency”, personnel training in the housing sector, introduction of information technologies in managing companies’ activities, and changes in legislation for  insurance of liability of owners of hazardous facilities.

At the end of the meeting the participants summarized the results of the Republican competition among the enterprises of the housing sector for occupational health and safety in enterprises and organizations of housing and public utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as the Republican competition for the best managing company of 2012; the winners of the competitions were awarded.
