Failing houses in the landslide zone discussed today in the Ministry of Construction

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of determining the list of houses recognized failing and subject to demolition due to the location in the area vulnerable to hazard exogenous geological processes, including landslides. Financial support is to be provided to resettle the people.

The meeting was chaired by Head of the Administration for the Construction Sector Development of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing I.S.Gimayev. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as representatives of the Executive Committees of Drozhzhanovsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Arsky, Tetyushsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky and Chistopolsky areas. During the meeting the participants studied the photos of the failing houses and discussed the current issues on the subject.
