First corporate house for the employees of plant “Alnas” commissioned in Almetyevsk

Today President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and main shareholder of pipe producing company ChTPZ Andrei Komarov handed the keys to the apartments of residential complex “Perspektiva” to the workers of plant “Alnas” in Almetyevsk. The ceremony was also attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan A.S.Akhmetshin, as well as representatives of city and republican authorities and the management of group of companies “Rimera”.

The house for 106 apartments for the workers of plant “Alnas” (which is a part of group of companies “Rimera” – oilfield services division of ChTPZ) is located in district “Alsu” in Almetyevsk. The housing constructed by means of ChTPZ funds is provided on social rent terms and equipped with all the necessities of life, including contemporary furnishings and appliances.

The program on corporate housing construction was launched in 2011 as part of the project on the modernization of production and social spheres of plant “Alnas”. As previously reported the program implemented at the plant involves the renovation of production facilities and increase in production up to 9,500 pumping units per year. The total amount of investment of the project is about 1.2 billion rubles.

The project on the modernization includes not only the renewal of production facilities, but also, in particular, the provision of corporate housing for young employees of the plant. During the year, in the framework of an intra-corporate competition, they estimated on a monthly basis production and professional achievements of the claimants upon the right to improve their housing conditions. The winners of the first phase were awarded with the keys in the new building opened today in Almetyevsk. The company plans to continue the competition not only for the program of the domestic distribution, but also for the program of “attracted specialist” involving the employment highly qualified personnel required at plant “Alnas”.

 “Very high quality and functionality”, said President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov after examining the new building. “The most important thing is that the house is built so that one can take the keys, come in and live as everything has already been installed”, added he.

“The first steps that we are doing show that rental housing has a right to life. We have a clear understanding that without rental housing and without the start-up capital young people cannot buy housing. So my attitude to the project, the idea of ​​which belongs to shareholder of ChTPZ Andrei Komarov, of course, is positive”, said Rustam Minnikhanov.

“ChTPZ” has long-standing and strong relationship with the Republic of Tatarstan; first of all, it is the supply of pipes by our pipe producing plants and equipment for the oil industry. Our cooperation is not limited to the cooperation with company “Tatneft” and other enterprises. Almetyevsk, Tatarstan's oil capital, has become the first city where the group of ChTPZ began the construction of corporate housing. On the 70th anniversary of the Tatarstan oil and the 60th anniversary of Almetyevsk we prepared another gift - the opening of the first lecture rooms of “Future College of Tatarstan” which will be located at the areas of plant “Alnas”, said the shareholder of the group ChTPZ Andrei Komarov.
