As of June 14th, 2013 one million 92 thousand square meters of housing equal to 45.6% of the annual amount, have been commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan. Apastovsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky and Tukayevsky municipal areas fulfilled the yearly plan. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the Republican meeting.

The meeting was traditionally held as a video conference with all the municipal areas of Tatarstan and chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

According to Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, 29 municipalities fulfilled the plan more than 40%, including 5 municipalities (Aksubayevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Nurlatsky, and Sarmanovsky) which completed the annual plan by more than 80%.

According to the program of the social mortgage among 133 houses 59 houses with a total area of ​​190.7 thousand square meters for 3 thousand 388 apartments, equal to 49.8% of the plan, have been commissioned by June 14th, 2013.

Among 74 facilities under construction, 37 objects have a high degree of readiness, 23 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 14 objects have a low degree of readiness.

Under the program of the State Housing Fund the construction of two residential buildings for 105 apartments has not been completed yet. Irek Faizullin asked to take into the account the fact that 49 veterans of the Great Patriotic War would get apartments in the house, and to ensure the commissioning thereof within a week.

As for the implementation of the Program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the Republic continues to build 105 houses for 458 veterans. 42 objects have a high degree of readiness, 31 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 32 objects have a low degree of readiness. By the end of June 2013, the Republic will put into operation 8 houses for 102 veterans.

Irek Faizullin also reported that in August the Republic expects to receive funds from the federal budget for the remaining veterans who entered the list for the improvement of the living conditions (over 300 people). According to him, these amounts have already been included in the federal budget.

As of June 15th, 2013 under program “Rural clubs” the work is being carried out at all 46 sites. Thus, one object is ready for more than 90% with decorating and landscaping being completed and a set of documents for the commissioning of the object (township Sikertan in Arsky area) being executed. Decorating and landscaping are being carried out at two sites (Mamadysh, Pestretsy); roofing is being installed at 14 sites and walls are being made at 22 sites. The foundation is being installed at two sites (Mendeleyevsk, Tetyushi). At that, at nine sites the work is poorly arranged and the dynamics of the past two weeks is less than 5%.

According to Irek Faizullin, major repairs in the premises for multi-functional centers of public and municipal services to the public (MFC) started at six objects out of 27 thereof. By Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan 310 million rubles were allocated for major repairs of 27 objects.
