The problem of hoodwinked investors has been almost solved in Kazan - unfinished houses are gradually being put into operation, as announced Chairman of the Committee on Economy, Investment and Entrepreneurship of the State Council of Tatarstan Marat Galeyev.
“According to Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on the preparation and holding of the Universiade 2013 Ruslan Shakirov, since December 2007 eighty two objects have been registered as troubled ones and the construction of them involved 9.9 thousand investors. Currently, he said, the problem of 73 houses had been solved, and there are nine houses being under the special control until their putting into operation”.
Among the nine troubled objects there are houses in Chetayev, Dostoevsky, Zaslonov, Adoratsky, Bekhterev, Krasnokokshaisky Streets and Amirkhan Avenue. Most of them are to be commissioned in 2014.
Chairman of the Committee on Economy, Investment and Entrepreneurship stressed that in general the problem is being solved by engaging the administrative resource.
