54 families in Nizhnekamsk receive keys to new apartments

Head of Nizhnekamsky municipal area, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin congratulated the citizens of Nizhnekamsk on house-warming. “It is symbolic that we congratulate our young families on the threshold of a wonderful holiday of the Russian Youth Day. Today, the city needs motivated, talented, energetic young people who could continue the glorious deeds of our first builders and their fathers, and decide the fate of Nizhnekamsk in the future” he said in his speech. Lilya and Ruslan Ziyatdinov became the 500th family to receive an apartment in the framework of the national program of state support for young families. To celebrate the housewarming the Mayor presented them with a commemorative gift - a microwave oven, and their four-year son Radmir got a toy. According to Aidar Metshin, about 130 thousand square meters of housing for 15 apartment buildings including 1816 flats and 220 private houses are to be commissioned in Nizhnekamsk in 2013. About 50 thousand square meters of housing will be built as part of the social mortgage program.
