Multifunctional cultural centеr opened in Arsky area of Tatarstan

The opening ceremony of a multifunctional cultural centre was held on June 21st, 2013 in village Sikertan of Arsky area. It was attended by Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov, Minister of Culture Airat Sibgatullin, Head of Arsky municipal area Almas Nazirov and Head of the Administration of the Construction Sector Development of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing Ilshat Gimayev. This high-quality cultural centre was built in a short time period by company “Arsky construction materials factory”. This year, as part of Republican program “Rural Clubs”, the same clubs are being built in villages Simetbash and Novyi Yavash.
