Infrastructure facilities being constructed in IP SEZ “Alabuga”

Currently, general contractors “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC and “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC are performing construction and installation works at engineering and transport infrastructure facilities of the second phase of construction of IP SEZ “Alabuga”. As of today, YTD, 1,111.3 mln. rubles have been assimilated, including those assimilated by “Kamgesenergostroi” - 995.2 mln. rubles, “Trust Kamdorstroi” - 95.9 mln.rubles, “Stroitel” - 20.2 mln.  “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC is completing the installation of storm sewage and water mains network along motor road Ш -9; the network along motor road M-7 is being constructed. The equipment has been installed and distribution substation РП -13 has been commissioned. The construction of ITP “Synergiya” is being continued: foundations have been completed, more than 600 tons of metal structures have been installed; water pipeline and sanitary sewer networks are being constructed. The installation of the block modules of the substation control building of a large power facility РП -1, РП -2 110 kV has been completed; the foundation for the transformer is being installed. Subcontractors “Gazoblokstroi” LLC and “DSK KMK-2” LLC are being mounted houses of the cottage settlement. As of today, 24 houses have been installed. “Gazoblokstroi” LLC is also building a three-storey 64-apartment house for experts of SEZ “Alabuga”. “Kamgesgrazhdanstroi” began constructing a specialized school with advanced study of the English language. “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC is laying asphalt and vertical planning of motor road Ш -9.
