Construction of a rural culture club in Nizhnekamsky area being completed

The construction of a rural culture club in village Nizhniye Chelny in Nizhnekamsky area is being completed. As of today, the walls, roofing, as well as the installation of windows and doors have been completed. The wall plastering and laying of external engineering power supply networks have been carried out by 90 per cent.

Currently, finishing and landscaping works are being performed at the site. The construction and installation work is to be completed on time.

The club is being constructed under the Republic’s target program “Rural Clubs”. The amount of funding for the program is 7.5 million rubles.

The club is being built by contractor “Tekhnologiya” LLC. According to the project, the club will house up to 100 people. In addition to the concert hall the cultural center will have a library.

It should be noted that the construction of a new cultural club is a long-awaited event for village Nizhniye Chelny. Kids and adults of the village are expecting the club to be opened.  

It is to be recalled that the construction work in the culture club of village Yelantovo is also being continued. In 2012 a Culture Club was commissioned in village Blagodatnoye. 10 million rubles were allocated from the Republic’s budget to construct the club.
