A rural club being built in Bavlinsky area

The Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic is a customer of the construction of cultural facilities in the municipalities of Tatarstan. By means of program “Rural Clubs”, which started in 2012, 46 clubs and multipurpose centers have been constructed in the Republic, including those in village Aleksandrovka in Bavlinsky area.

The contractor of the facility in village Vaskino Tuiraly is company “Energostroiservis” from Tuimazy town from the Republic of Bashkortostan. The new building will house a cultural center, a library and a first-aid station. According to foreman Salavat Khakimov, the staff of the listed institutions is the first one to get interested in the progress of the work. Most of the residents of the village watch the process from the sidelines. This construction site is a place of work for three residents of village Vaskino.

- This facility is not the first one to be constructed by our company. In Bavly we have already built and put into operation house number 12 in Kuibyshev Street, houses number 9 and number 11 in Zinoviyev Street. Today, as part of the program to provide housing for veterans, another three-storey house is being built in Zinoviyev Street. We have been working in Bavly for three years already. Mainly local residents are attracted to work. For example, the construction of this center involves seven brick layers, six laborers and seven roofers. Three of them are from village Vaskino, others are from Bavly. A shift bus takes them to the site in the morning at seven o'clock, and at four o'clock in the evening after work, it takes them home. We're going to bring professionals from Tuimazy only to lay electricity and water lines – says Salavat Khakimov.
