A new village first-aid station being built in Nurlatsky area

22 July 2013, Monday

Another modular first-aid station will open this summer in the area. It will be located in Nizhny Nurlat. It was made in bright orange colors. Only the size is different. This pre-fabricated modular design, as noted by foreman of contractor IP “Bairam” from Aznakayevo Ilur Bairamov, is called “average” and has the area of 83 square meters.

- There are also “small” structures with the area of only 63 square meters, and the largest construction with the area of 118 square meters can house a mini-clinic or local hospital - said the foreman.

Experienced assemblers do not have any difficulties when installing such structures. They have already installed such modular first-aid stations in Zainsky, Chistopolsky, Alekseyevsky and Yutazinsky areas of the Republic. According to them, no complaints concerning the construction quality have been received.

- Since the beginning of production of modular first-aid stations there have been made some changes. Thus, the top boxes of the structures are produced with already welded angles. The work is easier and it takes less time to build. But there is still the “old” technology, but it is also familiar to us - said Ilnur Bairamov.

Despite its portability, a new Nizhnenurlatsky first-aid station will house 9 rooms. Internal work is being carried out therein. In general, the assembly of the structure takes 3 weeks. For example, in order to build walls, roofs, partitions, and install doors and windows it took only 4 days. Currently, the universal team is engaged in laying electric cables, pipes for water and heat supply.

- Of course, there are mistakes. But our job will be accepted by the commission, and in case of any deficiencies identified we will eliminate them immediately - said Ilnur Bairamov.

The object has not yet been completed, and the landscaping is already being carried out. The tractor of company “Blagoustroistvo Pyat” has already leveled the driveway.

The requirements for first-aid stations of the next generation are special. Both the objects and the adjacent territory should have a finished appearance. The quality of the work carried out in the framework of the program on the construction, repair and modernization of first-aid stations, is discussed at the weekly videoconference meeting by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and Head of the area Nail Sharapov. So, after a videoconference meeting on Thursday Nail Sharapov got interested in the progress of repair work in health facilities.  As reported by chief doctor of Nurlatsky hospital Ilshat Sultanov, the work has been completed. But again there were some problems with the paperwork.
