Current issues of the construction discussed in SEZ “Alabuga”

Issues of the infrastructure facilities construction in special economic zone “Alabuga” were discussed today at a meeting with contractors held in special economic zone “Alabuga” by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev.

At present, general contractors “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC and “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC are performing construction and installation work at the facilities of engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the second phase of the construction of the SEZ. As of today, since the beginning of the year, 1,732.2 million rubles have been used including those used by “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC – 1,491.6 million rubles, “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC - 219.9 million rubles and “Stroitel” LLC – 20.7 million rubles.

“Kamgesenergostroi” JSC is completing the installation of the runoff water system and water line along motor road Ш-9, as well as the area of the networks along motor road M-7. The construction of the park for automotive components entitled “Sinergiya” is underway, where 1,388 tons of metal structures (90%) have been mounted, the shaped boarding is being laid, networks routing of water supply lines and sanitary sewer are being installed. Major energy facilities such as power distribution station РП-1.2 and main step-down substation ГПП-3 are being constructed. Currently subcontractor “Gidroelectromontazh” LLC is erecting the metal structures and equipment of the units of power distribution station РП-1.2; “Gidropromzhilstroi” LLC is installing a cable channel. The installation of transformers has been completed at main step-down substation ГПП-3; the equipment of the switchyard is being installed.

Subcontractors “Gazoblokstroi” LLC and “DSK KMK-2” LLC are installing residential houses of the cottage settlement. As of today, 26 houses have been mounted. “Gazoblokstroi” LLC is also building a three-storey 64-apartment house for experts of SEZ “Alabuga”. “Kamgesgrazhdanstroi” LLC began constructing a specialized school with advanced study of the English language.

“Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC is laying asphalt and making a vertical planning of motor road Ш-9.

The participants also discussed the issues of the compliance by contractors of safety requirements during construction and installation work. The customer together with the services for labor protection of general contractors “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC and “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC hold daily inspection of the compliance with safety requirements during construction and installation work, fire safety and environmental regulations.
