Reconstruction of sewage pumping stations being under way in Nizhnekamsk

As of today, among 7 objects sewage pumping station КНС-2 (2b Akhtubinskaya Street) has been completely reconstructed, and the work is under way at sewage pumping station КНС-5 (38 Vokzalnaya Street) to replace the worn-out sewage-pumping equipment with the modern equipment that meets the highest technical requirements allowing not only to improve the efficiency of the drainage system, but also to transfer it into the automatic operation mode.

Modern submersible sewage pumps do not require constant supervision by the operator of a sewage pumping station; the technical process and smooth operation are ensured by the automatic control system that sends an SMS-message of a fault made directly to the telephone of the dispatch service that allows to quickly eliminate the fault. The reconstruction of the sewage pumping equipment is carried out gradually: the dismantling of obsolete equipment, laying of concrete pavement, installation of modern submersible pumps, installing and configuring the automatic start-up and commissioning system. The work is very serious and it requires a lot of time, but the drainage system of the city continues to operate in normal mode, since temporary pumps are being installed in the tanks, so the quality of the service for the residents of our city will remain the same.
