This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the Republic’s meeting on the construction of housing, including social mortgage program. The meeting was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan and chaired by President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was traditionally held as a video conference with all the municipal areas of the Republic. Rustam Minnikhanov was also reported on the construction of housing for district police officer under the Integrated Program on Crime Prevention in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2014. In general, the Republic plans to build 82 houses for district police officers in 39 municipalities. Of these, the funds allocated from the State Housing Fund will be used to build 21 houses in 21 municipalities (the work has already started at all of these objects); the funds allocated from the state budget will be used to built 20 houses in 18 municipalities, and the funds of the municipalities will be used to build 43 houses in 37 municipalities. Tatarstan President requested to more seriously consider the issue of the operation of social and cultural facilities built in the municipal areas. He said that he had received signals, including those through social media that rural clubs are not used or are not fully used, hobby groups do not work. A spot check revealed that it was true.
