Major repairs of 57 apartment houses completed in Nizhnekamsky municipal area

Major repairs of apartment houses under the program funded by the State Corporation - Fund Assisting the Restructuring Housing and Public Utilities, are being carried out in Nizhnekamsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Totally, 105 apartment houses are to be repaired in the area in 2013.

The work has already been completed in 57 apartment houses located in Nizhnekamsk and village Bolshoye Afanasovo. The completion of the work in the other apartment houses is about 92%.

The priority list of the work being carried out includes repair of facades, roofs, replacement of pipes for hot and cold water supply, sewerage and electrical wiring.

In addition, the program provides for replacement and modernization of the elevator equipment for a total of 183.1 million rubles, or 39.2% of the total funding of the program i.e. 467.45 million rubles. To date, the work on the replacement and modernization of the outdated elevator equipment is being carried out in 27 apartment houses in Nizhnekamsk and in 9 houses in Kamskye Polyany. In total, 121 elevators will be replaced and updated under the program implementation.
