24 January 2023, Tuesday

In the Year of Digitalization in 2022, a lot of work has been done to transfer the services of the construction industry to electronic form. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the final board of the department.

Recall that the meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan was held today in the Bashir Rameev IT Park. It was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin and others.

Marat Aizatullin recalled that there are 46 services in the construction industry in total. Of these, 9 services assigned to the Ministry of Construction have already been transferred to the figure. Also, for the industry as a whole, 13 related services were transferred to the figure for 2022. “The work on the transfer of industry services will continue in 2023,” the minister said.

The planned indicators of the values of 2030 were also achieved within the framework of the national goals of “Digital Maturity” in the direction of “Urban economy and construction”.

“The deserved first place in this indicator among the regions of the Russian Federation speaks about the quality of the work carried out,” said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to him, the ever-increasing volumes of construction dictate the need to move to a new qualitative level of information and analytical support. The potential of digital information systems must be used at all stages of the life cycle – object design, expertise, construction and maintenance throughout the entire period of operation. So, starting from January 1, this year, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan issued an order that all project documentation for the construction and reconstruction of facilities with budget financing will be developed and examined only with the use of an information model.

“The task this year is to successfully build work – from the submission of data to the information system by manufacturers and suppliers of building materials to the work of all participants in the construction process in it,” the minister summed up.
