The staff of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses its deep condolences to the family and friends in connection with the untimely death of Sadykov Marat Nailevich, Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan

Marat Nailevich has made an invaluable contribution to the development of the healthcare system of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the years of its operation, a large-scale renovation of health facilities took place: new ones were built, existing medical institutions were overhauled. Only over the past few years, medical institutions that meet the highest international standards have been put into operation in Tatarstan – these are infectious diseases hospitals in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, the Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology on the basis of the DRKB, the Republican Tuberculosis Dispensary. The construction of a perinatal center at Maternity Hospital No. 1, a children's polyclinic in the village of Derbyshki continues. For many years, programs for the modernization of primary care, construction and repair of hospitals in various parts of our republic have been going on without failures.

Under the leadership of Marat Nailevich, the medical community of the republic resisted a hitherto unprecedented challenge. The decisions that were taken in the republic during the pandemic made it possible to minimize the number of victims of the new virus, organize effective treatment and mass vaccination of residents.

Marat Nailevich will remain for everyone an example of what a doctor should be – infinitely devoted to his work, passionate about his work, standing guard over public health, responsive to someone else's misfortune.

The bright memory of him will forever remain in our hearts.
