Veterans of the construction sector of Nizhnekamsk being congratulated on the upcoming professional holiday

The Builder’s Day will be held this weekend in Nizhnekamsk, as well as across the country. Festive events dedicated to this date, will traditionally be held at all the enterprises of the construction sector of Nizhnekamsk.

Management Company “Kamaglavstroi” congratulated its veterans taken under the company’s wing a few years ago as well as other veterans of the construction sector in Nizhnekamsk. In 1960-s, these people came to build Nizhnekamsk and its industrial facilities. The meeting was held in country club “Lesnoi”, which brought together more than 30 veterans of the construction complex of Nizhnekamsk.

Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honored Builder of Russia Valery Samilov and Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin congratulated the veterans on their professional holiday. When speaking, the Mayor of Nizhnekamsk, on behalf of all the citizens, expressed his profound gratitude to all veterans of the construction sector who had built the city of Nizhnekamsk, apartment buildings, and industrial facilities, had laid a solid foundation for the construction sector of Nizhnekamsk and conveyed best professional traditions to the younger generation. As part of the celebration, the veterans were awarded with certificates of appreciation of the Union of Builders of the Russian Federation, as well as badges “Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

Today's event also was dedicated to another important date for the builders of Nizhnekamsk. The year of 2013 is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of a legendary man, a first builder of Nizhnekamsk Yevgeny Nikiforovich Korolyov who was a Head of the construction administration “Tatenergostroi”. It was during his years of leadership in Nizhnekamsk when petrochemical plants and bus complex were built, heat power plants and hundreds of thousands of square meters of housing were commissioned. It is no coincidence that the colleagues of Yevgeny Nikiforovich Korolyov were invited to the event. By the way, the installation of a memorial plaque dedicated to the legendary first builder will take place on August 10th, 2013. The memorial plaque will be installed on the building of MGEI, which previously housed the construction administration “Tatenergostroi”. The same day, management company “Kamaglavstroi” will hold a great festive event dedicated to the Builder’s Day.
