Aleksei Frolov takes part in the meeting of the Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities

On August 5th-7th, 2013 the State Corporation - Fund Assisting the Restructuring of Housing and Public Utilities and the Government of Samara Region hold all-Russian meeting “Development and establishment of regional systems of major repairs of the common property of apartment buildings. Creation and maintenance of regional operators” during which the participants will discuss topical issues related to the implementation of the provisions of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation concerning the major repairs of the common property of apartment buildings. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Aleksei Frolov.

The participants of the meeting discussed the following issues such as informing owners of apartment buildings on the establishment of regional systems of major repairs of the common property in apartment buildings and the main directions of the reform of housing and public utilities; the experience of the entities Russian Federation in the establishment of regional operators: results, issues and suggestions; the development of regional programs of major repairs of common property in apartment buildings and short-term plans for their implementation; organization of monitoring of the use of the housing stock and the technical condition of apartment buildings in the entities of the Russian Federation (practical experience); the organization of a special account designed for the transfer of funds for capital repairs of the common property in the apartment building; the formation of financial foundations of the regional major repairs systems.
