Current issues of preparation for the heating season discussed in the Ministry of Construction

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Republic’s Staff for the preparation for the heating season of 2013/2014.

The meeting was held by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing F.M.Khanifov and attended by representatives of the Leadership of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, Ministry of Health of Tatarstan, Ministry of Finance of Tatarstan, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of Tatarstan as well as representatives of the organizations involved.

The participants made reports on the preparation and the state of local and departmental emergency recovery teams of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations for disaster management at the enterprises of fuel and energy and housing and public utilities sectors during the heating season of 2013/2014, the progress of the implementation of the “Pure Water” program,  the preparation of the housing and public utilities  sector and heat supply organizations of Nizhnekamsky, Almetyevsky, Leninogorsky, Chistopolsky municipal areas, as well as the readiness of life support systems of educational institutions for the heating season of 2013/2014.
