Progress of major repairs of educational institutions of Almetyevsky area

There is less than a month left before the start of the new school year. This year, there will be one more secondary school in Almetyevsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan. School number 25 for 1224 pupils, built in neighborhood “Yashlek”, will be officially opened at the end of August, 2013. This event is timed to celebrate anniversaries. Now the school classes are being equipped with furniture, a library, a music room and a room for psychological relief.

This year major repairs of schools of more than 30 years old have been carried out in Tatarstan. Good changes took place in schools numbers 11, 13, 9, 1, 6, 15, a special school type 8 number 19, two schools in village Nizhnyaya Maktama and one school in village Russky Aktash.

According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for all 10 schools is 191,683,000 rubles.

The Republic’s funding is provided by the six major types of work: roof repair, replacement of windows, replacement of interior doors, replacement of entrances, repair of internal utilities and repair of sanitary facilities. Sponsorship funds were attracted for facade renovation and upgrade of blind areas, as well as for internal redecoration of school buildings.

 “Tatnefteotdacha” JSC transferred 100,000 rubles to school number 6, “TATEKH” CJSC sponsored school number 1 and transferred 300 thousand rubles thereto, school number 13 received 600 thousand rubles from plant “ALNAS” and store “Karat” helped school number 9 with building materials.

Special school number 19 received the funding of 46 million rubles and 3,000,000 as a sponsorship. The repairs began in late January, 2013. At present, the workers are carrying out roofing (70%), the replacement of internal doors (35%) and utilities (50%). Interior decoration is made by 68%. The contractor is “Image-Stroi” LLC.

School number 11 received the funding of almost 20 million rubles. The work is being carried out by “Avangard” LLC. Despite the fact that the company worked at the construction sites of the Universiade 2013, the repairs must be completed in time.

School number 15 received 20 million rubles from the Republic and five million rubles from the sponsors. At the moment, the roof repairs, windows replacement as well as repairs of internal utilities, sanitary facilities and blind areas have been made almost by 100%. The Contractor is “SK Stroikomplekt+” LLC.

The contractor was replaced at school number 13. Company “Modern construction systems” started its work in early July, 2013. 95% of repairs of the roof and heating system have already been carried out. The funding amounts to 11.5 million rubles.

School number 9 received the funding of about 18 million rubles. The work is being carried out by “AISK” LLC. It completed the replacement of the windows and interior doors, blind area, and replaced the water pipeline and sewer line in the toilets. Unfortunately, the roof work has been made only by 40%, and the repairs of the entrances have been carried out only by 10 %.

School number 1 received 8.5 million rubles from the Republic’s budget. Contracting company “ServisTekhnoStroi” LLC totally repaired the roof and replaced the windows and wiring.

The windows were completely replaced at school number 6. The repair work is being carried out by construction company “Osnova S” LLC. The contractor updated the blind areas, replaced the heating system, and is finishing the roof repair; 90 percent of repair of the toilets have been completed. The amount of funding is 17 million rubles.

Nizhnemaktaminskaya school number 1 is a leader in terms of the repair of the roof, replacement of the windows and toilets. All the work has been done by 100 percent. Now the water pipeline and sewer line are being repaired. The additional funds are being used to finish the facade all around. The amount of funding is 14 million rubles, the contractor is “Modern building systems” LLC.

The roof, facade, blind areas, sewer line and windows have been replaced in Nizhnemaktaminskaya school number 2; the water supply and heating systems are ready by 85 percent. The other work is being continued. The amount of funding is a little more than 13 million rubles. The contractor is company “SK Kapremstroi”.

The officially defined deadline for the work completion is August 15th, 2013. So, it is essential to put everything in order and be ready to commission the objects within the next week.

This year kindergartens are also under control. In micro district “Zapadnye Vorota” the construction of a kindergarten for 270 places is under way.

By means of budget funds and sponsorship of “Tatneft” in the amount of 22.4 million rubles major repairs are being carried out in pre-schools number 62 “Topolyok”, number № 40 “Gusi-Lebedi”, and number 45 “Kosmos”. The contractor is “Stroikomplektatsiya”.

Major repairs in pre-school number 62 “Topolyok” are being carried out using the amount of financing of 12 million 400 thousand rubles. The completion date is August 15th, 2013, but the institution is closed for renovations until August 30th, 2015. The amount of the work done is significant. At present, the workers completely replaced the windows, repaired the pitched roof, the laundry, replaced the heating system, interior doors, and completed the installation of the ventilation system. The repairs of the facade and floors have been completed.

Major repairs in pre-school number 40 “Gusi-Lebedi” are being carried out using the amount of financing of 5,000,000 rubles. These funds were used to replace the windows.  The kindergarten has been working since August 1st, 2013.

Major repairs in pre-school number 45 “Kosmos” are being carried out using the amount of financing of 5 million rubles. The workers replaced the windows and doors, repaired the soft roof and the vestibule.

In village Russky Aktash major repairs of social facilities are fully under way. The funds of the local budget and “Tatneft” JSC are being used to repair a hospital, a sports center and kindergarten number 1 “Dyuimovochka”. The amount of funding is more than 22 million rubles. The contractor is “AISK” LLC.

Major repairs in pre-school number 1 “Dyuimovochka are being carried out using the amount of financing of 8,000,000 rubles. The completion date is late August, 2013. Almost all the work has been performed. Currently the workers are mounting the power supply system and installing the porches.

In Almetyevsky orphanage the renovation of premises, the replacement of equipment in a laundry, a kitchen and a bath complex started on April 1st, 2013. The workers have already completed the replacement of hot and cold water supply systems in the bedroom building, installed plumbing items, redecorated the catering facilities, the arch, and partially insulated the walls.  The contractor is “SpetsStroiInvest”.
