Rustam Minnikhanov inspects the readiness for the heating season in the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported on the readiness for the heating season at the Republic’s meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was traditionally held as a video conference involving all the municipal areas of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Ravil Muratov.

As of August 9th, 2013, as reported by Irek Faizullin, 9,657 houses got the acts of flushing, and 9,569 houses got the acts of pressure testing. There are comments on Agryzsky, Bavlinsky, Verkhneuslonsky Vysokogorsky, Yelabuzhsky, Kukmorsky, Mendeleyevsky and Pestrechinsky areas: the work is being carried out behind the schedule.

Certificate of readiness for 9,333 houses were prepared and submitted to the State Housing Inspectorate. The preparation of the certificates for apartment houses in Agryzky, Aznakayevsky, Almetyevsky, Verkhneuslonsy, Yelabuzhsky, Mendeleyevsky, Muslyumovsky, Tukayevsky and Cheremshansky areas of the Republic and for those in Kazan is behind the schedule.

Speaking about the readiness of the social sphere facilities for the heating season, the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that among 3,498 educational facilities 2,374 thereof had been prepared for the heating season; among 1,534 healthcare facilities 1,177 hereof are ready, and among 1,972 cultural objects 1,340 facilities had been prepared for the heating season.

As for the heat supply facilities the situation in Tatarstan is as follows: among 2,674 boiler houses 2,076 thereof have been prepared, and of 2,989 km of heat networks 2316 km are ready for the heating season.

According to Irek Faizullin, there are still unresolved issues. In particular, the heat network in Zelenodolsky area is in poor condition.

Finally, Rustam Minnikhanov asked to catty out well-arranged work to prepare for the heating season. “Our comfortable winter depends on our work in summer. The issue of heat supply is the most important one”, he said and demanded to check the readiness of boiler houses and heating systems for the heating season, and certify the specialists.
