A second building opened in Novaya Tura

A second building of technopolis Novaya Tura was opened tonight. “The commissioning permit was obtained only at midnight, and at four in the morning the trading began”, said Executive Director of technopolis Novaya Tura Dmitry Sipratov.

The area of the second building is 30 thousand square meters; it is designed for 1,303 places. Some of them were given to 374 entrepreneurs after the draw – these are traders who had been affected by the fire. The remaining places had been distributed before the fire. Currently the rent for a trade place with an area of ​​10 square meters is 37 thousand rubles. On wholesale days - Tuesday and Friday – Novaya Tura will work from midnight.
