Construction of IP SEZ “Alabuga” infrastructure facilities being on the agenda

Issues of the construction of the infrastructure facilities of special economic zone “Alabuga” were discussed today at the meeting with contractors held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L.Alyashev in IP SEZ “Alabuga”.

At present, general contractors “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC and “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC are performing construction and installation work at engineering and transport infrastructure facilities of the second phase of the construction of SEZ “Alabuga”. “Kamgesenergostroi” JSC is completing the construction of the storm sewer and water pipeline networks along motor road Ш -9, as well as the area of the networks along motor road M-7. The work on the construction of park of automotive components “Sinergiya” is underway; as of today, the installation of metal structures (1,548 tons) has been completed, shaped boarding (with 1,267 square meters (7%) completed), and water pipeline and sanitary sewer networks are being installed. The construction of major energy facilities distribution substation РП-1.2 and main step down substation ГПП-3 is being carried out. Subcontractor “Gidroelektromontazh” LLC is performing the installation of steel structures and equipment of the units of distribution substation РП-1.2, and “Gidropromzhilstroi” LLC is installing the cable channel. The installation of the transformers at main step down substation ГПП-3 has been completed, and the switchgear equipment is being installed.

“Gazoblokstroi” LLC and “DSK KMC-2” LLC are installing residential houses of the cottage settlement. As of today, 26 houses have been mounted. “Gazoblokstroi” LLC continues to build a three-storey 64-apartment house for specialists of SEZ “Alabuga”. “Kamgesgrazhdanstroi” LLC began the construction of a specialized school with advanced study of the English language.

 “Trest Kamdorstroi” CJSC is laying asphalt and vertical planning of motor road Ш-9.

At the end of the meeting the Deputy Minister presented the awards of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan for long and fruitful work to representatives of organizations involved in the construction of industrial facilities.
