Collection of payments for housing and public utilities discussed in the Ministry of Construction

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table meeting on the collection of payments for housing and public utilities.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing A.M.Frolov, Deputy Director General of energy provider “Generiruyushchaya Kompaniya” OJSC O.I.Zverev, Director General of “Chelnyvodokanal” OJSC U.G.Khusainov, Director General of management company “Uyutny Dom” (Kazan) M.A.Nuriyev, Head of management company “Zarechye” (Kazan) O.V.Kalimov and Director of  production commercial firm “Zhilkomservis” (Naberezhnye Chelny) N.G.Novikov.

The participants discussed the issues of the overall situation with debts for consumed housing and public utilities for the current period, the problems of charges for consumption of housing and public utilities according to the current regulations and the impact of imperfections of the existing regulatory framework for the provision of housing and public services on the collection. In addition, the participants of the “round table” discussed the measures taken by resource providers and management companies to reduce the level of debt for housing and public utilities, as well as additional measures to stabilize the situation regarding the collection for housing and public utilities.
