In Tatarstan, 76% of payments for housing and communal services are made in electronic format

At the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and debts of enterprises and organizations for supplied energy resources.

According to him, in accordance with the analysis, the level of collection of payments from the population for housing and communal services in the republic in May this year, compared to the same period last year, remained at the same level and amounted to 101.3%. In January-May of this year, the average level of collection of payments by the population in Tatarstan amounted to 97.7%. This is 0.5% higher than last year. The average annual rate was 99.4%, which corresponds to the same period in 2023.

The share of electronic payments in the total volume has reached almost 76%.

The amount of overdue debt for gas as of June 1, 2024 amounted to 235 million rubles. In comparison with the same period last year, a decrease of 16 million is recorded.

In terms of electricity consumed, a decrease in the amount of debt by 23 million rubles is recorded for the year. As of June 1, 2024, the total amount of debt amounted to almost 25 million.

As of June 1, the debt of management organizations for thermal energy to Tatenergo Joint Stock Company decreased by 56 million rubles and amounted to 197.5 million rubles.
