Landscaping of the boulevard along Serov Street has begun in Kazan. 175 seedlings of various types of willows, as well as birch, cherry, apple, walnut, spruce, alder and mountain ash will be planted on the territory. The work is carried out under the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" of the national project "Housing and urban environment".
Concrete foundations for paving stones are already fully ready, engineering networks have been laid — sewerage, electricity, video surveillance, and geotextiles, geogrid and chernozem have been laid on the slopes near the Yardam mosque.
Now the builders are laying asphalt in the parking areas, paving stones around the perimeter of the park and are finishing the pavilion, where there will be toilets and a staff room. Landscaping was also partially planted — 40 trees and 150 shrubs. In total, they plan to plant about 200 trees and 1600 shrubs.
This year, as part of the second stage of the boulevard's landscaping, there will be: lighting, a lawn, an inclusive playground, adapted sports equipment and tables with canopies, a boccia playground, a rehabilitation area with a tactile path, a street stage and a place for a Christmas tree. And sensors will be installed along the route of the entire park for navigation using a smartphone.
Recall that the federal program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" is one of the key directions of the national project "Housing and urban environment". The program is aimed at creating a comfortable urban environment and reducing the number of cities with unfavorable conditions.
