As of July 20, the plan for housing commissioning in the Republic of Tatarstan was completed by 80%, 2 million 518 thousand square meters were commissioned. Such data were announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

At the same time, 39% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 95 apartment buildings with a total area of 569 thousand square meters. m.

According to the social mortgage program, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 73%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 28 have been commissioned. Their total area is 118 thousand square meters.

As of today, 13 thousand 561 houses with an area of 1 million 831 thousand square meters have been commissioned in individual housing construction.
