Issues of ensuring the collection of payments of the population for housing and communal services were discussed in Zelenodolsk

Issues of ensuring the collection of payments from the population for housing and communal services in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed yesterday with the participation of Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov. The meeting was held at the Cultural center named afterGorky (Central Committee named afterGorky) Zelenodolsk municipal district, it was attended by the head of the executive committee Zulfat Khabibullin, representatives of resource supply organizations and management companies.

Mazit Salikhov noted that special attention is paid to issues of payment discipline for housing and communal services provided in the Republic of Tatarstan.

So, as of August 1, 2024, the level of collection of payments from the population for housing and communal services in the republic in July this year amounted to 103.4%. In January-July of this year, the average level of collection of payments by the population in Tatarstan amounted to 98.7%. The average annual level was 99.2%, which is 0.4% (99.6%) lower than the same period in 2023.

In his speech, the Deputy Minister paid attention to the need to organize work on collecting payments. According to him, in order to avoid an increase in debt for consumed fuel and energy resources, it is important to build effective work with debtors.

The head of the MBU "Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Zelenodolsk Municipal district" Niyaz Mingazov, Executive Director of JSC "Zelenodolsk Enterprise of Thermal Networks" Alexander Melamed, General Director of JSC "ZVKS" Renat Zalyalov also made a report at the meeting.
