Topical issues of the real estate market with the participation of representatives of large developers and banks were discussed at the last round table in the Republican Ministry of Construction.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
According to the deputy minister, in the first half of the year, mortgage loans worth 106.5 billion rubles were issued in the region, of which 47.9 billion were transactions for the purchase of new buildings.
Until July 1, 2024, when the preferential mortgage program ceased to operate, everyone tried to jump into the last carriage of the departing train. Conditions have changed in the family and IT mortgage programs, and two large cities - Moscow and St. Petersburg – were generally excluded from the latter program. According to him, 2.6 million square meters have been commissioned in the republic at the moment. housing, which is 82.1% of the plan for the year and 103.6% compared to the same period last year. Of these, 1.9 million square meters. m is individual housing construction, the remaining 707 thousand square meters are multi–apartment housing.
At the moment, the republic ranks 3rd in the country in terms of housing commissioning, behind the Moscow Region and Krasnodar Territory. "We have reserves of 2.7 million square meters. m for multi-apartment housing construction. We are still working with municipalities on housing and communal services," Ilshat Gimaev said.
