The data was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Marat Aizatullin at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipalities of the Rais region of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

40% of the planned volume has been commissioned through commercial construction: these are 99 apartment buildings with a total area of 589 thousand square meters. m.

In terms of social mortgages, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 73%. Of the 56 houses that need to be built this year, 28 have been commissioned. Their total area is 118 thousand square meters.

As of today, the annual plan for individual housing construction has been fulfilled by 124%. 13,930 houses with an area of 1 million 880 thousand square meters were commissioned.
