Today, the opening ceremony of the competition of professional skills in the field of construction "The best estimator: League of Regions" took place within the walls of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
At the beginning of his speech, Marat Aizatullin thanked the Association of Expertise of the Russian Federation for their trust and support in holding the competition in Kazan.
"Our expertise today, if we take the country, ranks third in terms of issued examinations in the Russian Federation. This is a huge job," he said.
According to Marat Aizatullin, the construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most important sectors in the economy. In 2023, 708 billion rubles were spent on construction and roads, including the production of industrial materials. This huge figure is growing by 4.5% annually, and according to the forecast for 2024, this figure will amount to 759 billion rubles.
44 programs are being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is more than 4 thousand objects. "Every year for three years, more than 3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned. This is a huge work of our enterprises, builders, and, accordingly, cost estimators," the minister noted.
The event was also attended by Leonid Stavitsky, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Expertise of Russia, Rashit Nizamov, Rector of Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Rafar Shakirov, Director of the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan, and others.
Recall that the All-Russian competition of professional skills "The best estimator" is one of the prestigious competitions of professional skills in the field of construction, identifies the best specialists in the field of pricing and estimate rationing, promotes the level of their professional training and promotes the popularization of this profession among the younger generation of the Republic of Tatarstan and the whole country.
The geography of participants in 2024 is impressive – 74 people from 28 regions of the Russian Federation take part in the competition. Including 74% from the regions of the Russian Federation and 26% from the Republic of Tatarstan.
The competition was widely supported and highly appreciated by specialists of the professional community of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the subjects of the Russian Federation. The geography of the participants is growing every year. 453 people have already taken part in it.
