As the chairman of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on Infrastructure for Life, Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the working group of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation on strategic development and national projects via video link.
Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Nurmukhametov participated in the discussion of the implementation of the national goal "A comfortable and safe environment for life" and ensuring the long-term development of the transport complex.
Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, reported on the implementation of the new national project "Infrastructure for Life". The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation provides for 5 federal projects – "Development of infrastructure in settlements", "Housing", "Modernization of communal infrastructure", "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" and "A new rhythm of construction". These projects are aimed at achieving the indicators of national development goals and the tasks set by the President in the Address.
Rustam Minnikhanov recalled the meeting of the commission of the State Council of Russia on the "Infrastructure for Life" held the day before, where they discussed the progress of preparation, structure and key parameters of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" being formed.
In his speech, Rustam Minnikhanov outlined a number of tasks for fulfilling the instructions of the Head of State: improving the quality of life in cities and villages, developing social and road transport infrastructure, increasing housing affordability, relocating citizens from emergency housing, improving the quality of public utilities and modernizing the housing and communal services system, as well as further work on creating a comfortable urban environment.
