The programs of major repairs of social and cultural facilities implemented this year have been almost completely completed. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Shaidullin.

Major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan have been completed by 98%, and program activities have been fully completed in 33 municipalities. Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented such data at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

According to the republican program for the overhaul of sports facilities in Kazan, the sports and recreation complex "Rocket" has been completely renovated.

The three-storey building of the House of culture with a total area of 2088 square meters was built in 1968. As part of the program, engineering networks, facade and roof have been repaired here. 

In Tatarstan, the implementation of major renovation programs for social and cultural facilities is coming to an end - some of the programs have been completed in full, the rest are nearing completion. 

Major repairs of social and cultural facilities are entering the final stage - most of the program obligations have been fulfilled, and the remaining ones are in a high degree of readiness. In 2025, the capital repair programs included 11 preschool educational institutions of Tatarstan with financing of 607 million 556 thousand rubles.  

This year, the capital repair program includes 911 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities.

Major repairs of 226 medical institutions are underway in Tatarstan. 151 of them are under the new national project "Long and active life". The total amount of allocated funds exceeded 3 billion 424 million rubles. This was announced by Damir Shaidullin, First Deputy of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.
