According to the republican program, in 2025, it is planned to overhaul the rural House of Culture in the village of Kachelino in the Arsky district.
The total area of the one-storey building of the House of Culture is 797 square meters. At the moment, builders are completing repairs to the roof, facade and low-current networks. Electrical installation and interior decoration are also underway here. The total amount of work has reached 50%
According to the capital repair program, taking into account the additional limit, a list of 911 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities has been formed. Elevators will be replaced in 222 buildings, general construction works will be carried out in 677 houses, and both types of these works will be carried out in 11 houses.
Major repairs of the Bilyar State Historical, Archaeological and Natural Museum-Reserve are being completed in the Alekseevsky district of Tatarstan.
The operational readiness of the facility is currently 87%.
The overhaul includes roofing, installation of a blind area, a basement, renovation of the entrance group and landscaping.
The implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings continues in Tatarstan. At the moment, municipalities have submitted a preliminary list of houses for an additional limit, and work is underway to coordinate defective lists with the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic and form a program in the state information system for monitoring housing stock.

Thus, 33 schools, boarding schools, orphanages and an extracurricular work center will be completely renovated in 23 municipalities. There are functional areas in 83 schools and food halls in 74 educational institutions.
