Monitoring of the population's payment discipline for housing and communal services in recent years has revealed a trend of low collection of payments at the beginning of the year, with an increase in the percentage of collection in the second half of the year. Such statistics were presented today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Information on the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Construction of the new detention center building began in 2022. The facility is designed for a thousand people. The building area was almost 22 thousand square meters.

By the beginning of the reconstruction, the centralized networks had more than 80% wear and required complete replacement.

Recall that in 2024, these powers of local governments, with the exception of the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, were transferred to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Major repairs of 31 social service and social protection institutions have been completed in 19 municipalities of Tatarstan. The financing of the work exceeded 148 million rubles.

The three-storey school building with a total area of 2,574 square meters was built in 1978. A significant amount of work has been carried out here: the facade and roof, the entrance group, and the engineering and technical support networks have been repaired. 

In the three-storey building, the builders renovated the premises with a total area of 2,400 sq. m. The children's, diagnostic, surgical, inpatient, therapeutic departments and the operating unit have been updated here.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, reported on the progress of housing construction in Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan.

Four cultural facilities are under construction this year. All of them are included in the state program "Integrated Rural Development" with financing of over 977 thousand rubles.
