New buildings are being built in the rural recreation camp "Chaika" in the Tetyushsky municipal district.

The total area of the Chaika camp is 1,926 square meters. m. As part of the republican program for the construction of children's health camps, a dormitory, a medical unit, a boiler room and a checkpoint are being built here this year.

A 500-seat school is being built in the Menzelinsk Sadak neighborhood. It will be a three-storey building with a total area of 8,609 square meters.

Preparatory and excavation work has been completed at the facility. Filling is underway under the floors, waterproofing grillages. The builders also began laying the exterior walls of the building.

In the village of Usady in the Vysokogorsky municipal district of Tatarstan, the overhaul of the children's art school continues. This facility has been included in the federal program "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure" of the national Family project this year.

The one-story art school building with a total area of 486 square meters was built in 1981. There are 13 rooms, including an assembly hall for 200 people, 4 classrooms, an office for teachers and 2 bathrooms.

As of today, the implementation of road construction and lighting installation within the framework of the "Our Yard" program has reached 25% of the total planned volume. Road works have been completed in 41 yards in full, and are continuing in 237 yards in 15 municipalities. The installation of outdoor lighting has been completed in 70 yards, and continues in 248 yards of 14 municipalities. A total of 678 courtyards will be landscaped this year. Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a briefing "On the preparation and holding of the XVI International Economic Forum "Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum-2025" with the participation of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

In 2025, the modernization of municipal infrastructure in Tatarstan is carried out under two programs.  In particular, this year, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, launched a new program. It includes 100 facilities, among the major ones - the reconstruction of water supply networks in Nurlat, Nurlat municipal district, the modernization of the heat supply system in the village of Jalil, Sarmanovsky municipal district, and the construction of a water pipeline from Kazan to the village of Kuyuki, Pestrechinsky municipal district. State contracts have been concluded for 60 of them, and the rest will be concluded by the end of May.

This was announced last Saturday by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Solemn events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War were held in the Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan today. Traditionally, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin participated in them.

On behalf of the leadership of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin congratulated war veterans, home front workers and all residents of the region on the holiday.
