44 republican programs for construction and major repairs are being implemented in the republic this year. Within the framework of the designated programs, it is planned to build, repair, modernize and improve 3,601 objects. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House.

In 2022, as part of the implementation of the short-term plan, 740 apartment buildings in 40 municipalities were repaired in the Republic of Tatarstan. The total amount of financing amounted to 6.32 billion rubles.

In 2022, the construction complex of the republic fulfilled all its obligations. 6 national projects, 8 state and 44 republican programs of construction and capital repairs have been fully implemented. The opening of a Christmas tree and a skating rink in the park of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the construction industry of Tatarstan took place in the Sovetsky district of Kazan. Together with the head of the district, Roman Fatkhutdinov, on the eve of the New Year, the deputy minister turned on the lights on the festive Christmas tree.

The opening of the new ice palace “Alex Arena” took place in the Alekseevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The solemn event was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov and others
