The new rules for maintaining the State Information Systems for Ensuring Urban Planning Activities at the Regional Level were approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 279 dated the 13th of March, 2020. By the 1st of January, 2022, information, documents and materials previously posted in the information systems for supporting urban development of municipal districts and urban districts should be posted in the Regional State Information Systems for Ensuring Urban Planning Activities. New requirements are designed to accelerate the digitalization of the construction industry in the regions. This will make the industry as open as possible, transparent and extremely understandable for all participants in urban planning activities, said Vladimir Yakushev, Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

The issues of reconstruction and modernization of the complex of buildings of the State Budget Institution “Kazan Theater of Young Spectators” were discussed today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irada Ayupova, reported on the development of the State Budget Institution "Kazan Theater of Young Spectators". Next, the reorganization of the space of the Kazan Theater of Young Spectators was discussed - the functional content and interaction of the premises. Among the main ideas are communication in the format of game interaction, multifunctionality and transformability. The main categories of viewers for the Youth Theater are traditionally children, adolescents and youth, as well as families with children. The director of the State Budgetary Institution "Kazan Theater of Young Spectators" Aigul Gornysheva spoke about the development strategy of the Youth Theater for 2020-2030. The meeting participants were presented several options for the execution of the facades of the Youth Theater. The theater will also have ground and underground parking for cars.

Last year, 37 thousand families living in Tatarstan improved their living conditions under the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. In total, in 2019, 2 million 675 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, which is 11% more than a year earlier. Housing per inhabitant of the Republic of Tatarstan reached 27.3 square meters. For this year in Tatarstan is planned to build 2 million 979 thousand square meters of housing. The goal of the national project is to improve the living conditions of the population and increase the comfort of the urban environment. This is one of 12 national projects that have been implemented since 2019 in Russia at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov reported on the situation in the field of labor protection in construction today at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, control and oversight bodies continue inspections of facilities under construction. The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has conducted 162 inspections since the beginning of the year. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 22 decisions were issued for a total amount of 530 thousand rubles. Farit Khanifov also emphasized that about 80% of all accidents at construction sites are a fall from a height. He suggested paying close attention to this fact. To date, 44 multi-family residential buildings with an area of ​​340.3 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which is 25.8% of the plan. During the week, 1 multi-apartment building with an area of ​​40.5 thousand square meters was commissioned. 68 opening facilities of 2020 are in a high degree of readiness (70% -100%), 56 houses are in an average degree of readiness (30% -70%); in a low degree of readiness (0% -30%) - 9 houses. In terms of providing housing for large families of 46 large families, on the 14th of March, 2020 certificates were issued to 32 large families. The list of young families to be provided with housing has been approved for 47 young families from 12 municipalities.

The project is carried out from March 28 to April 11 in all regions of the Russian Federation. The event was organized by the Regional Public Center for Internet Technologies, the Russian Association of Electronic Communications and Microsoft with the support of the All-Russian National Front. Everyone in two age groups can become project participants: 14 - 18 years old, 18 years old and older. This “Digital Dictation” includes online testing for knowledge of basic Internet programs, orientation and use of Internet services, computer literacy, Internet security, collection and analysis of programs and projects related to improving digital literacy of the population. The project is being implemented using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by the Presidential Grants Fund.

Award "TOP RC" - the annual urban planning competition of residential complexes, new buildings. The competition involves 1,582 housing projects from 74 regions of the Russian Federation. The finalists and winners in the competition are determined in 189 nominations. In the final, in the nominations of three regional groups and federal nominations, 537 new buildings from 438 developers were admitted. In the nomination “Best RC” the finalists included the RC “Heart of the City”, the developer “Talan”; In the nomination “Low-rise houses” - RC “Tsarevo Village”, the developer “Unistroy”; In the nomination “High-rise buildings” - RC “Krasnye Chelny”, the developer “Domkor”.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan is participating in the implementation of six national projects in 2020. This was announced today by the head of the department Farit Khanifov at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Farit Khanifov noted that the amount of funding for six national projects will be more than 13 billion rubles, the work will be performed at 125 facilities. Under the national project "Demography", work is planned on 28 objects in the amount of 5 billion 158 million rubles. Under the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", work is planned on 66 objects. The total funding will amount to 4 billion 452 million rubles. Under the national project "Ecology", work is planned on 7 objects in the amount of 1 billion 624 million rubles. Under the national project "Education", work is planned on 8 objects in the amount of 1 billion 183 million rubles. Under the national project "Healthcare", work is planned on 10 objects in the amount of 1 billion 90 million rubles. To date, design work is ongoing. Under the national project "Culture", work is planned on 6 objects in the amount of 85 million rubles. According to housing construction programs, as of the 6th of March, 622 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic. This is 21% of the plan. The dynamics of housing commissioning per week is 54.4 thousand square meters. According to the program of social co-financing, the statistical offices reported on 11 houses for 363 apartments with an area of ​​20.5 thousand square meters (7.5% of the plan). For the remaining 119 objects of the 2020 investment program, the degree of readiness of the houses is as follows: 31 objects with an area of ​​101.6 thousand square meters are in a high degree of readiness, 51 objects with an area of ​​70.9 thousand square meters are in the average readiness, in the low degree - 37 objects with an area of ​​80.5 thousand square meters.
