Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev explained the essence of his proposal to introduce an advance payment for housing and public utilities in a meeting with representatives of the mass media held today.

Two houses were built in Arsky area in 2013 under the program on the construction of administrative and residential complexes for local police officers. The funds to construct such a complex in village Utar-Aty were allocated form the Republic’s budget. A house in village Novyi Yavash was built by the area. The contractor is company “Arsky KSM”, which performed the work quickly and efficiently.

In connection with the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2013 No.1057 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 147 “On the procedure for granting subsidies in the form of property to the Fund of the Russian Federation and the characteristics of the provision of financial support to the entities of the Russian Federation” of 21/02/2013, and given the letter of the Russian Finance Ministry No. 06-06-13/1/49238 of 15/11/2013 on values of the levels of the ​​estimated budget security of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2014, on December 2d, 2013, the Board of the Fund approved the amendments to the predicted increase in the limits of the provision of financial support from the Fund, calculated for the entities of the Russian Federation regarding the funds allocated for the resettlement of people from the failing housing stock by means of property contributions of the Russian Federation to the Fund for this purpose in 2014-2017.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with Spanish architect Jose Asibilo. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing V.N.Kudryashev.

Today, in mountain skiing sports complex “Kazan”, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin gave a lecture for the participants of advanced training program “Development of management competences and professional skills of heads of municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No.219 of 01/04/2013, the main program on major repairs for 2013 included 823 houses in 41 municipal areas. The funding for the program amounted to 4.7 billion rubles. After adjusting the program, additional 19 houses located in Kazan, Almetyevsky, Zelenodolsky, Nizhnekamsky and Nurlatsky municipalities were included in the program.

Today, an all-Russian meeting on the development of a network of multi-service centers of state and municipal services took place in Naberezhnye Chelny. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

5 thousand 475 common heat meters were installed in Kazan. The situation with the heat consumption has become clear, as reported by the press service of OJSC “Kazan Heating Grid Company”. The regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Kazan Heating Grid Company” focused on the current issues of the enterprise. The meeting was chaired by Director General Rauzil Khaziyev. The report was made by chief engineer of OJSC “Kazan Heating Grid Company” Ashat Shakhanov.

Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of the construction of housing for teachers and students of “TISBI” University with the participation of representatives of the Kazan Executive Committee, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The awarding ceremony for presenting departmental awards of the Republic of Tatarstan will take place on December 2d, 2013 in the auditorium of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan.
