The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a seminar on “New in the legislation to ensure industrial safety of state-owned hazardous production facilities”. The seminar will be attended by representatives of the Territorial Administration of Privolzhsky Federal District of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department for Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan city and the Country Council of Tatarstan branch of all-Russian organization “Russian Union of Rescuers”.
Today the executive management of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan met the delegation from the Murmansk Region headed by Minister of Construction and Regional Development of the Murmansk Region A.V.Izotov. The guests were welcomed by Deputy Minister A.S. Akhmetshin. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Ministers A.M. Frolov and V.N. Kudryashov, heads and representatives of SPI “GISU RT”, the Office of the State Independent Commission of Experts of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction, SUE “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt”, “Mortgage Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan”, GZhF (the State Housing Fund) under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, SUE “Agency for government contracts, investment and inter-regional relations of the Republic of Tatarstan” and other stakeholders.
Today Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin is on a working trip in Moscow where he took part in the meeting on the modernization of housing and public utilities in the Russian Federation and rental housing construction. The meeting was organized by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and Head of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing V.I. Kogan is on his business trip in Kazan. The program of the visit is rather tight.
Dmitry Medvedev noted that housing is the most pressing topic for the absolute majority of the people in the Russian Federation. According to the government’s data a lot of money is required to solve this problem. More than 50% of the population are not satisfied with their housing conditions. At the same time only 25-27% of the people can now afford to buy housing including by means of mortgage loans.
