In 2024, a law was passed that introduces an escrow account mechanism for the construction of private homes. This law will come into force on March 1, 2025 and is aimed at streamlining the process of private housing construction, as well as reducing financial risks for all market participants.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin said at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan that less than 1% remained before the completion of construction, installation and seasonal work. Currently, work is continuing in 7 houses located in 4 municipalities. Contractors have already completed the construction of 742 houses, of which 8 objects have been commissioned in the last two weeks.

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev took part in a press tour dedicated to the construction of the 4th stage of the residential complex "South Park" on the territory of the Laishevsky node.

The Tatarstan national team won 4 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals at the IV International Construction Championship, which was held in Yekaterinburg from October 1-4. The awards were presented to the participants by Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan citizens can vote for the Youth Capital of Russia – 2025 by December 20. Perm, one of the cities of the Volga Federal District, claims to receive this title and support in the implementation of youth projects, grant competitions and events at the federal level. The Tatarstan Ministry of Construction hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the annual media competition for the best coverage of topics in the field of construction, architecture and housing and communal services. The awards were presented to the winners by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The growth of the projected volume of work planned for implementation by type of "construction" activity in Tatarstan in 2024 amounted to 8% – 813.6 billion rubles. The Republican Anti-corruption Forum "Alma-Birme" ("Do not give, do not take") was held in the Kazan IT Park named after Bashir Rameev in the format of an open discussion. The Republican forum is timed to coincide with the International Anti-Corruption Day.
