In the Republic of Tatarstan, work has been completed on the municipal infrastructure modernization program with the participation of funds from the Territorial Development Fund.
In total, 128.3 km of heating, water supply and sanitation networks have been built and upgraded in the region under this program since 2023. Thanks to this, the quality of public services has improved for 1.9 million residents of the region.
In Tatarstan, the minimum contribution for major repairs in apartment buildings in 2025 increased by 10% — from 7.7 to 8.47 rubles per 1 square meter of area. The corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexey Pesoshin.
