Today, Head of Main investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan Rashid Faridovich Nurullin was appointed a Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. His former position was occupied by Marat Mansurovich Aizatullin, a former Deputy Minister of transport and Road facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Currently, heat supply is being started in houses and social facilities (those of education, health care, culture, sports, and social protection).
As of September 30th, 2013, all the municipalities of the Republic adopted orders and regulations of the beginning of the heating period of 2013 - 2014 (from September 6th to September 28th, 2013).

On September 26th, 2013, in her 84th year of life, passed away Valentina Danilovna Panova - Honored Builder of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan, and a laureate of the State Prize of the USSR. She worked in State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt” from 1956 to 2010, and gave all her knowledge and strength to her work. Valentina Danilovna trained a generation of professional designers who made invaluable contributions to the construction of a number of sites in the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, including the State Circus in Kazan.

The implementation of the project was made possible thanks to the active participation of residents of Almetyevsk in the construction of football stadium “Kazan- Arena” for the Universiade 2013. It should be noted that Almetyevsk took the third place in the Republic in the ranking of the municipalities participating in the construction of the stadium. The funds for the construction of more than 18 million rubles were allocated from the Republic’s budget.
