Today, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the construction of housing for local police officers.

This year 20 standard houses for local police officers serving the countryside will be built in Tatarstan. The people of village Narmonka in Laishevsky municipal area with joy and gratitude greeted the news that a house would be built in their village.

A modular first-aid station was opened in village Novaya Tura. Medical care to the villagers will be provided in a modern village first-aid station. The construction was carried out in the framework of Republic’s target program “Improvement of primary health care to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 – 2016”. Similar facilities will soon be built in several rural settlements of Zelenodolsky municipal area.

Activities for the implementation of federal program “Available Environment” are to be carried out when repairing the entrances of 6 schools in Kazan.

Another modular first-aid station will open this summer in the area. It will be located in Nizhny Nurlat. It was made in bright orange colors. Only the size is different. This pre-fabricated modular design, as noted by foreman of contractor IP “Bairam” from Aznakayevo Ilur Bairamov, is called “average” and has the area of 83 square meters.

The Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic is a customer of the construction of cultural facilities in the municipalities of Tatarstan. By means of program “Rural Clubs”, which started in 2012, 46 clubs and multipurpose centers have been constructed in the Republic, including those in village Aleksandrovka in Bavlinsky area.

Today, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin held an off-site meeting in the Advent Temple located in Lukovsky Street. The meeting  was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev, representatives of State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt”,  State Public Institution “Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan” and others. The participants examined the present state of the object and discussed its reconstruction and restoration.

The summer vacations crossed the equator, but the corridors and classrooms of Starokiyazlinskaya school in Aksubayevsky area are even livelier than during the school year. Major repairs of the building are being carried out herein. It is being performed as part of the Republic’s program on major repairs of schools; the estimated cost is more than 12 million rubles.

According to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, among 131 apartment houses with central heating as of July 17th, 2013, the acts of flushing of the heating systems have been prepared for 26 houses equal to s 19.8 percent, although the Republic’s average index is 49.2 percent. Acts of pressure testing were prepared for 20.6 percent of houses (the average index in the Republic being 48.5 percent). But passports of readiness have not yet been prepared for any house in Bavly (the average index in the Republic being 9.5 percent).
