An enlarged meeting of the working group on the protection of health and safety in the construction industry took place today the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Constructional Surveillance Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, Builders’ Trade Union, and the Administration of Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan and the construction industry enterprises. The issues of labor protection and safety in enterprises of the construction materials industry were discussed during the meeting held by Deputy Minister A.S.Akhmetshin.
Today a meeting on the development of the documents for territorial planning of municipalities of the Republic took place in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan V.N.Kudryashev. Representatives of design organizations and municipalities participated in the meeting.
As of today, the Republic is completing the development of territorial planning schemes for municipal districts.A joint offsite meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investment and entrepreneurship and the Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on supervision of the implementation of the priority national project “Affordable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizens” was held today in Kazan City Hall. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin was a coreporter on the issue “Prospects for the development of the historic center of Kazan”.
Speaking about the results of the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a year ago, which addressed the issues of architectural concepts quality, the minister said that an unguided process of "fabric" building in the center of Kazan by increasing the number of stores and density had been cancelled.
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Kazan secondary school No. 12 "Mishpakhteynu", also known in Kazan as a “Jewish school”. By a new school year a new additional school building was constructed, so a more comfortable environment for pupils and teachers was created.
School No.12 located in the very centre of Kazan in Mardzhani street near Lake Kaban, is a unique one. In addition to compulsory subjects of the state educational standards the subjects of the so-called Jewish cycle are taught therein: Hebrew, history, literature, geography, and traditions of the state of Israel. A great contribution to the development and activities of the school which is called “Mishpakhteynu” (in Hebrew it means “my family”), is made by the Jewish community of Kazan. At the same time, it is an international institution where children of different nationalities study.
During his visit to school No. 12 Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Gilmutdinov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, and head of Federal Jewish National and Cultural Autonomy Mikhail Skoblionok.
On September 1st, 2012 teaching activities will start in all schools included in the program on major repairs. This was announced today by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at the meeting held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The republican videoconference meeting with all municipal districts of Tatarstan was devoted to construction and repair issues, and was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Today, Director General of the Fund for Housing Development A.A.Braverman is on his working day trip to Kazan. After the delegation arrived at the airport and been greeted by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin, they visited federally-owned land plots in Kazan, which can be used for housing construction in the future. Then the Director of the Fund met the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov and Prime Minister I.Sh.Khalikov in the Government House. Later on experts of all stakeholders joined the meeting.
